From the get go, it's made the office staff & tech staff lives easier. There were many times we would reach out, say can you do this for us? It would make a world of difference. And it was done. Things take a little more time now, but that's to be expected with all the growth Fullbay has had in the last few years. Our customers love the customer portal.
