How do I sign up with Fullbay Payments?
New to Fullbay? Schedule a demo with our team. They’ll walk you through the platform and help you sign up for Fullbay and enable payments as part of the process. Already a Fullbay customer? Go to your Integrations page, find the Fullbay Payments card, and toggle it on to begin the application process.
How long does it take for payments to process with Fullbay Payments?
Payout times depend on the payment method. Note the transaction day does not count as a business day.
Credit cards – next business day (except on bank holidays)
ACH payments – two business days (except on bank holidays)

Which terminal is available with Fullbay Payments?
Fullbay Payments currently integrates with the Stripe S700 terminal—a reliable option known for its flexibility and security. The terminal is not included with a Fullbay Payments subscription and must be purchased separately. If your shop already has a Stripe S700 terminal, you can easily use it with Fullbay Payments.
Is Fullbay Payments available outside of the United States?
At this time, Fullbay Payments is available in the United States and Canada. We hope to be able to offer the product in additional countries in the future.
