What is Fullbay?
Fullbay is a heavy-duty repair shop management software built specifically for the diesel industry.
How do I create an account?
To create an account for Fullbay, you will need to become a paying customer. You can request a demonstration of our software and sign up as a customer here.
What services do you offer?
Fullbay is a complete shop management software for commercial repair diesel shops. We provide estimates, invoicing, a streamlined service order workflow, employee time tracking, extensive customer communication capabilities, inventory management, and much more. How much does a subscription to Fullbay cost?

Is my data safe with Fullbay?
Yes! All information sent to and from Fullbay is encrypted using HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) over TSL (Transport Layer Security). In addition all information is securely stored behind a firewall to prevent unauthorized access.
Do you have a mobile application?
You can use Fullbay on any smartphone or tablet equipped with Wi-Fi.

Do you offer any trials or demos?
Fullbay currently only offers a free demo with one of our team members to walk you through the process of using Fullbay. Sign up for our free demonstration by clicking this link.
Do you offer any training or webinars?
Yes. Fullbay Learn is our training program, and it offers specialized modules to help every user in your shop become a Fullbay whiz. We also offer webinars with shop owners, technicians, and other industry experts that cover just about every topic impacting the commercial diesel field.
What makes Fullbay different from other, similar platforms?

Can I integrate Fullbay with other software/tools I use?
Yes. Fullbay integrates with many of the top systems shops use today. This includes payment processing for credit cards, ACH, fleet checks, and fleet cards, as well as handling account receivables with Interstate Billing Service. You can also connect to financial systems like QuickBooks or more via our robust API. Subscriptions & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and VISA.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Fullbay offers only one plan at this time. But you are free to upgrade or downgrade the number of users on your plan, or even cancel your subscription—for any reason—when you are on a month-to-month plan.
Can I get help setting up my account?
Absolutely. Fullbay offers an extensive onboarding process and lifetime support. We will work with you to customize your account to fit your shop’s needs.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Fullbay offers customers the option of paying month-to-month without a contract, or locking in savings by switching to an annual contract.

Accounts & Users

Can I manage different people and their data in Fullbay?
Yes. Shop owners or admins will be able to manage user permissions and roles within the Fullbay software. This is accomplished through the software settings.
How do permissions work?
As owner, you can assign roles and permissions to employees as necessary. The software settings allow you to view all employees; you can use a checkbox to select what parts of the software they should have access to view and interact with.
Can I control access to my data?
Shop owners can control who has access to the data inside the software by adjusting user permissions. They can also export this data as needed from the software or utilize an API to transfer this data to other software solutions.

Can I customize Fullbay reports?
You can choose which Fullbay reports to use at any time.
Can I export my data?
Shops can export their reports and data from the software. They can also use an API to export data into another compatible software solution.
Can I import my data from another system, or from a spreadsheet?
Shops can import data from other systems and spreadsheets through many of Fullbay’s built-in tools. If you have a lot of data that needs to be imported, Fullbay offers an integration data team that will assist you in the transfer.
