Fullbay Names Paul Malone President and Chief Revenue Officer

PHOENIX – September 8, 2026 – Fullbay, the largest and most comprehensive turn-key platform that improves the operational efficiency of heavy-duty repair shops, has hired Paul Malone as its new President and CRO, effective September 8, 2026. In this newly created role, Malone will lead the company’s go-to-market functions with a focus on accelerating growth, deepening customer value, expanding market presence, driving operational excellence, and accelerating industry-wide adoption of Fullbay Next, the company’s all-new mobile-friendly, AI-native shop management platform launched in August.

A seasoned revenue executive with a proven track record of driving growth and leading commercial transformation, Malone most recently served as CRO at Truckstop.com, a leading transportation technology and freight-matching solutions company. Previously, he held the role of CRO at ACERTUS, the largest automotive third-party logistics (3PL) provider, where he led an enterprise-wide commercial transformation. Across both roles, Malone has built and executed revenue strategies, strengthened commercial organizations, and helped drive growth across the transportation and logistics industries.

“Paul understands both where our industry sits today and where it’s headed, making him an ideal leader for Fullbay’s new chapter,” said Trent Broberg, CEO of Fullbay. “His deep transportation and logistics expertise, combined with his AI-first approach to go-to-market strategies, will be instrumental as we continue to evolve our business and bring transformational solutions to our customers. We’re excited to have his experience and perspective as we continue to strengthen Fullbay’s position as an industry leader.”

“Having sat on the fleet side of this industry, I know exactly where the friction lives between fleet management and service operations. Fullbay is solving that from the inside out, and the Fullbay Next platform’s AI-native approach is exactly the kind of shop management software platform this space has been waiting for,” said Malone.

Prior to his CRO roles at Truckstop and ACERTUS, Malone served as executive vice president of sales and marketplace at Cargomatic. Earlier, he spent nearly a decade at Truckstop.com, leading commercial organizations and a decade at Swift Transportation leading operations.
