Fullbay Hosts First Shop Owner Roundtable of 2025, Tackling Shop Staff Retention

In the season three premiere, the Fullbay team will welcome the Bascom Truck & Auto crew to discuss how they have successfully retained their shop staff for decades. The panel will cover topics including staff retention insights, night shift success, multi-generational growth and team-building strategies.
