Staff Sgt. Keni Thomas
Staff Sgt. Keni Thomas is a retired Army Ranger who was deployed to Mogadishu, Somalia in the summer of 1993 with his 3rd Ranger Battalion as part of an elite special operations unit called Task Force Ranger. Keni and his fellow rangers became engulfed in an 18-hour firefight that led to 19 American lives lost and 78 wounded in what would become the worst urban combat scene since WWII. The mission has since been recounted in the book and movie “Black Hawk Down.” Keni captivates audiences with personal stories and experiences on the battlefield, preaching the importance of outstanding leadership at every level and motivating audience members to achieve greatness.
Mike Paton
Mike is a passionate leader who helps individuals run better businesses and live better lives through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
