Every night, Fullbay will check your preventive maintenance schedules. When it finds items that require action within 10 days — or are past due — it generates a service order for that unit.

Completing required maintenance on or ahead of time reduces the chances of a breakdown and costly downtime.NO MORE MANUAL SEARCHES
Fullbay will tell you what work a unit needs and when — automatically. No need to browse records or guess. How
Independent Shops Use AUTOMATED SERVICE ORDERS.
SAVE HOURS
No more manual tracking of PMs or taking the time to create an SO — you and your techs have other work to do.
MORE CONSISTENT REVENUE
The Automated SO can turn PMs into predictable, billable work and a steady stream of vehicles in the bay.
IMPROVE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
Customers appreciate when you take over maintenance tracking — it’s one less thing they need to deal with. If you’re working with fleets, they’ll see you as a trusted repair partner.
How
Fleet Shops Use AUTOMATED SERVICE ORDERS.
HALT OVERDUE PMs
Handle required maintenance when (or before) it becomes necessary to prevent unplanned downtime and the associated costs.
INCREASED COMPLIANCE
Staying on top of maintenance and repairs helps ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards.
STOP MANUAL TRACKING
No need to sift through PMs on dozens or hundreds of vehicles to see which are coming or past due.
