A heavy-duty bay without good airflow, running multiple trucks with engines idling for diagnostics, can hit dangerous conditions even on a moderately warm day outside. 13. Make Reporting Symptoms Easy and Stigma-Free

Say it outright, more than once, to your whole crew: reporting early is expected, supported, and never held against anyone.
